Graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. Degree in Engineering 1963.

Work Experience

Design engineer in Houston and Los Angeles from 1963 to 1970. Projects included high rise buildings, hospitals, college and university buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, and theme parks.

Managing Director of West Coast engineering firm 1970's. Projects included design and/or construction management for Disneyworld, Hershey, Anheuser Bush, Gerald Hines Investments, Marriott Companies and Baxter Pharmaceutical. Projects located in Kansas City, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Pennsylvania and Texas.

1980 to 2001 CEO of Project Control of Texas, Inc. and Rector Management, Inc. in San Antonio. Founder of PC Sports, Inc in 1998. Project and Construction Management of major projects including USAA (Federal Savings Bank, Sacramento, Tampa, Virginia, La Cantera, and Main HQ additions), Valero Energy (2HQ facilities), North Frost Bank, Laredo National Bank, American Funds San Antonio, Spurs AT&T Center, Fiesta Texas, Memphis FED-X NBA Arena, Lego Theme Park California, renovation of New York Museum of Natural History, hospital buildings, hotel buildings (La Mansion, Watermark, Four Seasons Las Colinas and Marriott Austin), golf courses, retirement facilities (Army Retirement Center, USAA Towers and Incarnate Word), apartment buildings, retail facilities, warehouse buildings, numerous public works facilities and not for profit institutional buildings, including the Texas Research Park and additions to the San Antonio Museum of Art.

Developer/Owner of the Stone Oak Medical Office Building, the Remington Oaks Medical Office Building, the Farm Bureau Federal Savings Bank and other local projects in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Seguin.

2001 to 2009 Chairperson of the Warm Springs Foundation, member San Antonio Area Foundation Board, member San Antonio Business Forum, CEO of Rector Management, Inc., partner Hispano USA; and managing partner Site Control Development LLC, Comal Realty LLC, Guadalupe Holdings LLC, Hiway 123 LLC and Rector Development LLC.
